Production Manager, Chromatography/DSP

About the role

The Production Manager DSP in Visp leads the operational activities of manufacturing projects that include chromatography steps for the new Drug Linker Asset. This site‑based position combines deep technical expertise with people leadership to ensure safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for manufacturing of assigned chromatography processes and ensure technical standardisation across plants.
• Perform risk analyses, drive cost control, continuous improvement, audits and innovation.
• Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, operator training and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare, program and manage operation of preparative HPLC equipment for manufacturing.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in chromatography assets or applications in production, including hands‑on work with preparative HPLC.
• Proven experience leading complex projects in a matrix organisation within clinical supply, development or manufacturing.
• Fluent English; German is a strong asset.
