Production Planner (m/f/d) – Full Time

About the role

Jabil is seeking a Production Planner to own end‑to‑end material flow across sites, plan and schedule production for assigned portfolios, and manage bottlenecks in the finishing area. The role is based in Grenchen, Switzerland and starts on 1 September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Drive work‑order creation for incoming parts, coordinate processing across sites and ensure finished parts reach customers on time.
• Plan and schedule production, building realistic schedules aligned to demand, capacity and material availability.
• Monitor and manage the finishing‑area bottleneck, sequence and prioritize work to protect throughput and take corrective action early.
• Support master scheduling by contributing to MPS maintenance, rough‑cut capacity inputs and acting as backup Master Planner during peak periods.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling or end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MPS/MRP logic, capacity planning and bottleneck management.
• Fluent English; German is a strong asset.
