Production Planning Analyst (Ordonnanceur)

About the role

The Production Planning Analyst ensures the feasibility and execution of the production plan, balancing customer priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability. You will anticipate risks, secure demand, and optimise resource use while meeting delivery dates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and daily workload plans for each workshop.
• Facilitate and lead workshop meetings and release production orders according to the approved plan.
• Monitor order progress, identify delays, and support workshops in case of blockages.
• Anticipate shortages, manage safety buffers, and reschedule when demand changes.
• Analyse capacity changes, bottlenecks, and differences between planned and actual results.
• Conduct scenario analyses based on demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Higher education qualification (ES or HES) in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in production scheduling and planning.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Organised, methodical, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP ERP (advantage).
