Production Scheduling Intern

About the role

Join Haleon's Production Scheduling team in Nyon for a 6‑month internship (Feb 1 – Jul 31 2027). You will help improve scheduling processes, work on production and demand analysis, and support the Plant Operating Strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and implement the Plant Operating Strategy (POSS) according to global guidelines.
• Build a stable, governed foundation for scheduling outputs that are consistent, transferable and auditable.
• Create a clear RACI and decision framework with governance checkpoints.
• Support costing activities by collecting data and creating costing files.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good team player with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Autonomous, curious and able to translate operational knowledge into clear documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming.
• Knowledge of SAP or manufacturing master data (strong advantage).
