Production Scheduling Internship

About the role

Join Haleon's Production Scheduling team in Nyon for a six‑month internship (Feb 1 – Jul 31 2027). You will support the design, documentation and implementation of the Plant Operating Strategy, helping to create consistent and auditable scheduling standards across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and implement the Plant Operating Strategy (POSS) according to global guidelines.
• Build a stable, governed foundation for scheduling outputs, ensuring they are consistent, transferable and auditable.
• Develop a clear RACI and decision framework with governance checkpoints.
• Support costing activities by collecting pre‑activity data and creating costing files.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Business or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to facilitate alignment across functions.
• Self‑motivated, curious and pragmatic, capable of translating operational knowledge into clear documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Programming skills (any language).
• Knowledge of SAP or manufacturing master data is a strong advantage.
