Proficiency Testing Coordinator

About the role

As a Proficiency Testing Coordinator at Nestlé Research, you will plan, coordinate and manage internal proficiency testing schemes from design through to final result reporting, while also supporting external schemes and delivering reliable insights for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal proficiency testing schemes to ensure laboratories deliver reliable, comparable, high‑quality analytical results.
• Manage the full testing cycle, from scheme design and sample coordination to data evaluation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with internal experts and external providers to deliver standard and tailored proficiency testing programs.
• Support accredited processes, follow up on customer feedback and drive continuous‑improvement actions.
• Produce consolidated reports and insights that inform management decisions and program performance.
• Assist digital tool users by monitoring application improvements, resolving issues and ensuring service excellence.

Required profile

• Chemistry background (CFC, bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with at least three years of hands‑on laboratory experience.
• Experience or strong interest in quality assurance, proficiency testing and laboratory quality systems.
• Ability to apply good laboratory practices, statistical methods and accredited quality requirements.
• Service‑oriented mindset with clear communication, strong organization and problem‑solving initiative.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Chemistry knowledge (CFC, bachelor’s degree level).
