Program Manager

About the role

Viasat is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, finance and other stakeholders to ensure programs align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, schedules and success metrics in line with business goals.
• Coordinate execution across multiple disciplines, managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs, providing transparent reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate program reviews, decision forums and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and mitigate issues, escalating when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and execution practices.
• Support change management and ensure successful adoption of program outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management or Scrum Master experience.
• 3+ years of technical engineering background.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss citizenship, EU citizenship or valid work permit).
