Programme Officer – Health Assessment Programme

About the role

The Programme Officer will support the Global Health Assessment Programme by coordinating professional development initiatives and monitoring programme performance, including virtual Migration Health Assessment Centres.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support continuing professional development initiatives for the Health Assessment Programme.
• Monitor virtual Migration Health Assessment Centres, conduct follow‑up visits, and track corrective actions.
• Analyse programme performance trends and prepare reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Epidemiology or related field with at least five years of experience, or a medical degree with seven years of experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in migration health, public health, or health programme management.
• Demonstrated experience managing health assessment programmes and conducting quality‑assurance or compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, report‑writing and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with virtual collaboration platforms.
