Project / Construction Manager Clean Room EPC

About the role

As the central technical and commercial point of contact, you will lead clean‑room EPC projects from bid preparation through to successful delivery, combining business development, engineering coordination and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost calculations and clean‑room layout concepts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Engineering to develop optimized customer solutions.
• Lead project execution with full responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE performance.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, installation activities and project logistics.
• Act as primary contact for clients and key stakeholders, overseeing change management, reporting, commissioning, qualification and close‑out.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Process, Building Services, Industrial Engineering or comparable discipline.
• Proven experience in project, construction or bid engineering within technical project environments.
• Strong understanding of clean‑room design and envelope construction.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
