Project Engineer / Technical Project Lead (TPL)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Technical Project Lead (TPL) to drive the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing systems and process equipment in a GMP‑regulated environment. You will act as the primary technical liaison across disciplines, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet business goals and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into robust engineering solutions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Review and approve engineering documentation such as URS, FS, TS, design specifications, FAT/SAT reports, and validation reports.
• Develop, review, and maintain P&IDs from concept to final status.
• Support P&ID walkdowns, mechanical completion, and punch‑list closure.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and GMP regulations.
• Assist commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project engineering or project management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.
• Hands‑on experience with process equipment in GMP environments.
• Proven ability to deliver engineering projects on time and within scope.
