Project Lead – Minor Capex Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Lead to oversee minor capex projects for a facility management client in Geneva. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction, occupancy and close‑out—while ensuring alignment with client expectations and CBRE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of singular real‑estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and close‑out.
• Work directly with clients to define scope, resource needs, cost estimates, schedules, quality controls and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources from pre‑qualified lists or through qualification processes; conduct RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources.
• Implement documentation governance and ensure data integrity, accuracy and timely coordination.
• Lead the project delivery team, providing guidance to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Track progress, report status and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard project management principles, propose innovative solutions and model CBRE RISE values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
• 3‑5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP or CCM are a plus.
• Fluent French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
• Strong judgment, organizational skills and ability to perform financial calculations.
