Project Lead – Minor Works

About the role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Project Lead to manage minor capex projects for a client in Geneva. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, occupancy and close‑out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedule and milestones.
• Prepare and evaluate requests for proposals, select qualified contractors and manage bid processes.
• Maintain project documentation governance and ensure data integrity.
• Lead the delivery team, provide guidance, track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and implement corrective actions.
• Apply standard project management principles to deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3‑5 years of relevant project management experience in real‑estate or construction environments.
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP or CCM are preferred.
• Fluent in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to work with multiple information sources.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM methodologies.
