Project Manager – Client Delivery for AI Clinical Trial Platform

About the role

Risklick is seeking an organized, client‑focused Project Manager to own the coordination of client delivery workstreams for its Protocol AI platform. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams and client‑side project managers, ensuring projects are aligned, on schedule, and delivered to high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate active client workstreams for Protocol AI from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client‑side project managers and stakeholders.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple internal and client contributors.
• Align product, engineering, and solution consulting teams with client expectations and milestones.
• Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps, escalating and resolving them proactively.
• Report project status to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Ensure workstreams follow internal documentation and process standards, flagging gaps to the quality/compliance function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client‑facing role.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both internal teams and external client PMs.
• Comfort with structured processes, documentation standards, and audit‑readiness.
• Experience in regulated, process‑driven environments (e.g., SOPs, quality standards) is a strong plus.
• Background in clinical trial processes, GxP, or regulated software environments is highly valued.
