Project Manager – Construction & Facility Management (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction, refurbishment and infrastructure projects within a dynamic aviation environment in Switzerland. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver safe, on‑time, and budget‑compliant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction, refurbishment and infrastructure projects from initiation to handover.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule and within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee CAPEX project reporting and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor KPIs, track project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure or facility project management.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
