Project Manager – Electrotechnical Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead electrotechnical infrastructure projects in a cross‑functional environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from tendering to handover, while ensuring compliance with Swiss standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Holistic management of electrotechnical infrastructure projects.
• Conduct public tenders and prepare all required tender documentation.
• Develop technical plans, diagrams, and documentation; organise structured handover to the client.
• Provide technical support to project teams on electrical engineering issues and compile cost overviews.
• Ensure adherence to relevant Swiss standards (e.g., NIN) and safety regulations.
• Mentor and support learners in the specialist field.

Required profile

• Basic electrical engineering training (electrical installer, planner or automation technician).
• Recognised qualification as an electrical project manager (FA) or certified installer (HFP) or technician/engineer (HF/FH).
• Strong knowledge of Swiss standards and experience in planning and implementing electrotechnical systems.
• Structured work style, team‑player mentality and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• SIA 451 (Messerli) experience.
• Basic knowledge of EPLAN.
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
