Project Manager Engineer – Load‑bearing Structures

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager Engineer specialized in load‑bearing structures to join our Lausanne office. You will work on the design and execution of technically and economically efficient structures for prestigious projects in Switzerland and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Design load‑bearing structures that meet technical and economic criteria.
• Prepare detailed structural and implementation plans.
• Develop tender documents and support the procurement process.
• Monitor construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Advise architects during design and competition phases.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Required profile

• Completed civil engineering degree.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in structural or civil engineering.
• Strong learning ability and curiosity for new construction techniques.
• Proficiency in French, English and German.

Required skills

• Structural analysis software.
• 3D visualization software.
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) expertise.
