Project Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Blockstream is seeking a Project Manager to join its Service & Enterprise Solutions organization. You will coordinate and deliver client projects across enterprise and institutional engagements, ensuring precise governance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with administration, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Maintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards for accurate status visibility.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Maintain documentation repositories and assist onboarding of new team members.
• Collect project data for reporting to internal leadership and clients.
• Support budget tracking and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with PM standards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Experience with technical or enterprise projects, preferably in fintech or technology environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder setting.
• Fluency in Swiss German, German, and English; French or Italian a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
• Understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Self‑starter attitude with proven collaborative work across teams and geographies.
