Project Manager – FinTech & Digital Assets

About the role

Taurus, a FINMA‑regulated securities firm, is seeking a motivated Project Manager to drive high‑impact initiatives across its digital‑asset platform. You will work at the intersection of business, technology and blockchain, delivering projects for financial institutions and internal strategic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client projects, including operating model design, custody and tokenisation platform setup, and technical implementation.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives sponsored by the Executive Committee, covering regulatory filings, business requirements, operational improvements and international expansion.
• Produce source‑of‑funds analyses, wallet screening and crypto due‑diligence reports using blockchain intelligence tools.
• Support sales processes by contributing to RFPs/RFIs and handling ad‑hoc commercial or operational priorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or project management within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and the broader digital‑asset ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
