Project Manager – Hydraulic & Environmental Infrastructure

About the role

Reporting to management, you will lead the transformation of technical concepts into operational realities within a hydraulic and environmental infrastructure company. You will oversee the full project portfolio and ensure strong relationships with project owners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the entire project portfolio, including studies, procurement, and finance.
• Allocate resources, appoint case managers, and support project managers to achieve objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of the implementation cycle from design to commissioning.
• Ensure rigorous control of budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all construction sites.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) with a specialization in mechanical or process engineering.
• Proven experience in water treatment (wastewater, industrial or drinking water).
• Entrepreneurial spirit combined with diplomacy and leadership.
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational rigor.
