Project Manager (m/f/d) – 100% Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, engineering, operations, and customer engagement. You will lead cross‑functional power projects from opportunity through handover, ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate diverse teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and decision gates for traded‑engine and packaged‑system projects.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers and mitigation actions, and align risks with the Manager Strategic Projects & Organizational Development.
• Prepare and present updates for management, SteCo and Board on milestones, issues, decisions, resource needs and project economics.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Engineering (M.Sc., B.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., PMI or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing complex commercial, industrial, energy, marine or infrastructure projects.
• Strong risk and stakeholder management skills and excellent command of English (German is a plus).
