Project Manager, Store Planning – Swiss Markets

About the role

As a Project Manager in Store Planning for the Swiss Markets, you will join Chanel's Regional Boutique Architecture team to drive the delivery of new boutiques, renovations, extensions and refurbishments across a diverse geographic footprint. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external design partners to ensure projects meet brand standards, sustainability goals and budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural and interior‑design projects simultaneously, from feasibility studies through construction, opening and after‑care.
• Coordinate project phases including due‑diligence, design development, cost control, permitting and hand‑over.
• Collaborate with regional finance, legal, real‑estate, procurement, operations and sustainability teams.
• Liaise with Peter Marino Architects, IMAGE teams, landlords, local authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with Chanel’s global architectural standards, brand image and sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, organisational and structured approach to complex projects.
• Proven experience in managing retail or boutique construction projects across varied environments (stand‑alone stores, malls, protected heritage sites).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with global architecture community.
