Project Manager – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Join the CP COO Strategy & Transformation Office to lead high‑impact strategic and transformational initiatives for a leading global wealth manager. You will shape the future operating model, drive digitalisation and work closely with senior leaders across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic and transformational projects, defining roadmaps, governance, operating models and execution plans.
• Structure complex business problems, identify root causes and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and produce fact‑based analyses for executive decision‑making.
• Support the bank’s digitalisation agenda by identifying opportunities for automation, AI and technology‑enabled process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, transformation, strategy or project management within financial services.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English and French (German a plus).
• Deep understanding of private banking activities, products, services and client journeys.
