Property Management Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Team Lead to oversee a remote team in Switzerland. The role combines leadership of leasing, maintenance, collections and administrative functions with a focus on operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across leasing, collections, maintenance coordination and administrative tasks.
• Manage and support remote team members including leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections specialists and admin staff.
• Ensure prompt handling of rental inquiries to maximise lead conversion.
• Monitor KPIs such as applications, approvals, move‑ins, occupancy, collections performance and team productivity.
• Oversee rental marketing on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow and other channels, creating and optimising advertising campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Review operational reports, coordinate maintenance requests and provide daily coaching and feedback.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflows, occupancy and overall performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in apartment, multifamily or residential property management.
• Proven experience supervising teams across leasing, maintenance coordination, collections and administrative operations.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency management, work orders and occupancy strategies.
• Experience managing virtual or remote teams in a structured environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with rental advertising platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Zillow and Craigslist.
