Purchasing Coordinator - Supplier Management (m/f/d)

About the role

Exyte is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator for supplier management. You will support the smooth execution of operational purchasing and supplier-related processes, maintain supplier data, coordinate qualification and NDA processes, and ensure efficient handling of internal and project-related purchase orders. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and contributes to reliable, well-structured procurement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update and manage supplier master data in SAP
• Support and track supplier qualification processes in Ariba
• Coordinate and administer non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Create and process purchase orders for internal needs (departments, projects, operational units)
• Assist with project-related procurement and purchase requisitions
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and open items
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Legal, project teams and other departments
• Provide administrative support in supplier and procurement management, document activities accurately and handle inquiries

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in an administrative or commercial support role is an advantage
• German C1 and English B2
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland as required (by prior arrangement)

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP and/or Ariba is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style
• Ability to work independently and follow up on open tasks
