QA Compliance Expert – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

Arcondis is seeking a QA Compliance Expert to support Swiss and EU pharmaceutical clients. You will ensure product quality across the entire value chain and act as a liaison with regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on all aspects of Quality Assurance and Management.
• Support market release decisions, manage deviations, OOS, complaints, recalls and self‑inspections.
• Prepare and support audits, inspections and ensure compliance with Swiss BetmKV and BetmKV regulations.
• Develop QA compliance services and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy or a closely related scientific field.
• At least 5 years of active work in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of Swiss national and international pharmaceutical law.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GxP‑relevant SOPs and pharmaceutical law requirements.
• Experience with audit preparation, regulatory inspections and deviation management.
