QC Project Manager – Microbiology Pharma (80‑100% FTE)

About the role

We are seeking a QC Project Manager to lead microbiology‑focused customer projects for our BioPharma testing site in Schoenenwerd. The role ensures timely, GMP‑compliant delivery of analytical services, supporting the growth of Eurofins’ pharma business in Switzerland and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise customer projects in microbiology, including environmental and utility testing, and coordinate subcontracted analytical services.
• Plan, organise and track project deliverables, review technical documents, validation reports and configure projects in the LIMS system.
• Ensure analytical work is performed correctly, on schedule, and approve results and reports.
• Process laboratory deviations, conduct root‑cause analyses (OOS) and support quotation preparation.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions and overall site processes.

Required profile

• Degree in life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, preferably microbiology).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, preferably GMP).
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality control microbiology and clean water analysis.
• Strong customer orientation, team player, responsible and reliable.
• Fluent German, good English; French is a plus.
