Quality and HSE Manager/Director

About the role

PIPECARE GROUP is seeking a senior Quality and HSE Manager/Director to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of its Quality and Health, Safety & Environment Management System across global operations. The role reports directly to top management and is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate Quality and HSE policies, strategies and standards.
• Oversee all Quality and HSE activities at corporate and site level.
• Recruit, develop and manage the Quality department team.
• Approve procedures, documents, records and ERP integrations related to Quality and HSE.
• Design and implement audits, non‑conformity handling and corrective action processes.
• Recommend budgets, resources and staffing for the department.
• Identify and introduce new Quality concepts and best practices.

Required profile

• Engineering background (Mechanical or Electronics) with QM certifications.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial position within the oil & gas sector, preferably in a medium‑size organization (200‑500 employees).
• Experience with ISO 9001, internal auditing, documentation and QMS implementation.
• International exposure and ability to work with flexible, non‑standard production lines.
