Quality Assistant – MEP

About the role

Join CSC Costruzioni SA on a major Geneva project as a Quality Assistant focused on Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will support the Quality Manager in ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager in implementing and monitoring project quality requirements, specifically for MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on works, products, and processes.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, method statements, and applicable regulations.
• Record, manage, and analyse quality control data and inspection results.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and readily available.
• Identify, document, and report non‑conformities, defects, and deviations to the Quality Manager.
• Support the implementation and follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in preparing and updating quality documentation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently applied.
• Monitor adherence to project quality standards across construction activities and ensure timely completion of quality‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline; specialization in MEP is a plus.
• 1‑5 years of professional experience in a similar quality‑control role.
• Fluent proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Italian, English, French.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
