Quality & Compliance Specialist – HSQE Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality & Compliance Specialist to support and continuously improve our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) management systems. You will work across the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO standards and internal policies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal branch audits, tracking actions to completion.
• Support external audits, certification visits and compliance assessments.
• Maintain product compliance documentation such as Declarations of Conformity and technical files.
• Monitor compliance performance, analyse trends and drive corrective and preventative actions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance activities.
• Promote a positive HSQE culture through training, communication and engagement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Compliance, Quality, HSQE or Regulatory role.
• Strong understanding of ISO management systems and compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting or supporting internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of UK and EU product compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
