Quality Control Team Leader

About the role

The Quality Control Team Leader will develop and lead a team of analysts to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance at Haleon's Nyon site. This position is pivotal for executing the business strategy while maintaining a strong focus on Environment, Health, Safety, and Wellness (EHSW) and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all associates understand and comply with EHS guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and use personal protective equipment.
• Maintain adherence to Quality Compliance standards, including data integrity, deviation handling, and laboratory investigations.
• Lead compliance with EHS, cGMP, and Quality standards; conduct safety and quality investigations.
• Provide full leadership to a team of analysts in a fast‑moving FMCG production environment.
• Establish and monitor standards (Material, Manpower, Method, Measurement) for safety, quality, and output.
• Utilise Haleon systems (SAP, LIMS, Veeva, Workday) for batch records, results, and procedural updates.
• Drive problem‑solving, real‑time issue identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop talent within the team, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytical teams in an FMCG or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, cGMP, and Quality Management System requirements.
• Ability to manage resources, drive performance, and foster talent development.
