About the role
Join Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG as a Quality Engineer Compliance, working close to manufacturing and engineering to ensure products meet international standards. You will translate complex norms into practical solutions and support continuous improvement in production.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and support internal and external audits in the production environment.
- Analyze non‑conformities, define corrective measures and ensure their implementation.
- Apply relevant norms and standards in a production‑oriented way.
- Share expertise within the global network and support colleagues on regulatory topics.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, Engineering and Quality teams.
- Travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
Required profile
- University or FH degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Compliance or a comparable field.
- Several years of Quality Assurance experience in an industrial, production and audit environment.
- Strong knowledge of pressure regulations, hygienic applications, Ex regulations and preferably seal and marine approvals.
- Proven ability to implement standards, close quality gaps and work pragmatically.
- Hands‑on mindset with cross‑functional collaboration skills.
