Quality Turnover Lead (QA/QC Supervisor) – 10‑month project in Schaffhausen

About the role

We are looking for a self‑employed Quality Turnover Lead to join a 10‑month commercial fit‑out project in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, with a strong likelihood of extension. The role bridges the engineering team and on‑site contractors, ensuring that quality and turnover processes are executed flawlessly throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all quality and turnover activities on the commercial fit‑out project.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering/AE teams and site contractors.
• Lead inspections, walkthroughs, and multi‑discipline coordination.
• Oversee commissioning and startup phases, maintaining turnover systems and databases.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in quality or turnover roles on pharmaceutical, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on exposure to commissioning, startup phases and turnover databases.
• Proven ability to lead inspections and coordinate across multiple disciplines.
• Comfortable working as a liaison between engineering teams and contractors.
• German language proficiency at B level or higher.
• Swiss or German project experience is a strong advantage.
• Self‑employed and available to start within the current month.
