Real Estate Consultant (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Consultant to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will support the identification of strategic locations, evaluate growth opportunities and help shape the future of our property portfolio across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Support the identification and evaluation of strategic locations and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to market analyses and prepare decision‑making materials.
• Assist in the development and follow‑up of real estate projects.
• Collaborate closely with Asset Management to optimise the existing portfolio.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support lease negotiations and contractual documentation.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Solid experience in real estate, including market analysis and project support.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in negotiating, drafting and finalising contracts.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent German language skills; French is an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
