Region HR Business Partner – EMEA Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Region HR Business Partner for EMEA Sales & Marketing supports business leaders by translating global HR strategy into practical people actions. Reporting to the regional S&M Business HR Head, the role focuses on organization effectiveness, talent, capability building, engagement, performance, retention and employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Steer people and organisational projects, advising management on engagement, performance and well‑being.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted learning and development solutions with Centres of Expertise and business stakeholders.
• Partner with local HR teams to ensure regional execution of centrally defined strategies while adapting to business needs.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession follow‑up and capability building to retain the right talent.
• Provide business input for compensation and reward decisions and ensure HR processes align with global standards.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of HR experience in an international, matrixed, technology‑driven environment.
• Proven track record as an HR Manager or Business Partner translating business priorities into people actions.
• Strong experience working with senior leaders, securing buy‑in and coaching on complex organisational topics.
• Ability to use people data, organisational diagnosis and market insights to drive decisions.

Required skills

• Experience implementing and improving HR processes.
• Experience designing capability‑building programmes for commercial teams.
• Comfort with digital and AI‑enabled HR tools for insights and execution.
