Regional Finance Controller – Europe

About the role

Cartier is seeking a highly motivated Regional Finance Controller to join its European Finance team. Reporting to the European Head of Controlling, you will partner with local controllers and stakeholders to drive financial performance, optimise resource allocation and support strategic decision‑making across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional growth by reviewing market action plans and aligning them with the overall strategy.
• Monitor resource allocation and develop financial KPIs for investment streams, boutique projects and A&P spending.
• Identify cost‑optimisation opportunities and advise regional management on efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate the regional budgeting process with local and Group Finance teams.
• Consolidate regional budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with European strategic priorities.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, partner with market controllers to analyse variances and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the HQ Finance Data team to enhance reporting tools, including migration from PowerBI to Looker.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance or a related field.
