Regional Financial Controller (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Regional Financial Controller to support our Regional VPs across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. In this six‑month fixed‑term position you will act as a strategic finance partner, providing insights that drive growth and profitability for Teoxane Laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional VPs to align financial KPIs with corporate strategy.
• Conduct ROI analyses on sales and marketing investments.
• Assist in negotiating distribution agreements, setting targets and financial terms.
• Guide order‑to‑cash processes and support customer negotiations.
• Monitor distributor performance and enforce pricing strategies.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting cycles.
• Perform monthly performance reviews of growth, market share and profitability.
• Support affiliates’ financing, working‑capital optimisation and transfer‑pricing execution.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to analyse stock, demand and sales forecasts.
• Implement compliance tools and act as liaison between Finance and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance and sales controlling.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Tagetik (preferred).
