Regional Marketing Officer (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Pictet Wealth Management, a partner-owned financial services group offering investment solutions and family office services to wealthy individuals and families, is looking for a Regional Marketing Officer on a 12-month contract. You will assist the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in Zurich, supporting marketing activities across German-speaking Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Germany, the Benelux and the Nordics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and follow up client and prospect events, including on-site presence where required.
• Work with other marketing teams and business stakeholders to strengthen the online and digital presence of the markets (campaigns, website, social media, newsletters).
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ensure all activities comply with Pictet's brand, quality and compliance standards, stay within budget and meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Track, analyse and report event KPIs such as registrations, attendance, engagement and follow-up actions, and propose improvements.
• Support the Global and Regional Marketing Team with business management tasks such as cost and budget tracking, policy reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with other marketing managers and teams on cross-market initiatives.

Required profile

• University student in the final stages of studies, or graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in wealth management and/or event management.
• Proven event management experience covering planning, logistics, execution and follow-up.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German; French and/or Italian is an asset.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with CRM systems, web CMS, email marketing automation and/or event management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation, time management and stakeholder management skills.
