Regional Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Manager

About the role

The Regional Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Manager will translate UCC portfolio strategy into successful market execution across the region, ensuring the right products reach the right markets at the right time. This highly visible role partners with marketing, supply chain, sales and forecasting teams to drive launches, optimize portfolio performance and support strategic lifecycle decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product launch planning, sequencing and deployment across multiple countries, ensuring commercial and operational readiness.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle activities including rationalisation, discontinuations, transitions and optimisation.
• Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning to maintain product availability and mitigate supply risks.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and deliver campaigns aligned with regional priorities.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships and influence decisions without direct authority.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the medical device, healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Track record of successful product launches and portfolio optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across regional and country teams.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
