Registered Nurse – Multiple Locations Across Switzerland

About the role

We are hiring qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (Pflegefachkräfte) to provide high‑quality patient care across multiple locations in Switzerland. The positions are on‑site in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, elderly care facilities and outpatient services, offering professional growth in modern healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and monitor patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions.
• Support patients with mobility, personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Assist with medical procedures and wound care.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients and families.
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as Registered Nurse / Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or equivalent.
• Recognition of nursing qualification in Switzerland or willingness to complete the process.
• Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation, elderly care or outpatient care is preferred.
• Strong patient‑care and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible and compassionate work style.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• German, French or Italian language skills depending on region.
