About the role

Join Roche’s One Product Development Regulatory (PDR) Early Talent Program for a two‑year, full‑time journey that provides foundational knowledge in regulatory affairs. You will work on real regulatory projects, collaborate with global drug development teams, and gain insight into the complete lifecycle of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

Support the preparation of regulatory documents and interactions with health authorities across various therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout drug development stages.
Rotate into another function or specialize further in PDR during the latter part of the program.

Required profile

Degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or PhD) in life sciences, biology, chemistry, pharmacy or related field, completed within the last two years.
Maximum 1 year of pharmaceutical experience post‑degree and basic understanding of drug development and regulatory roles.
Learning mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
