Relationship Manager (Junior to Senior)

About the role
Amicum Capital AG, a Swiss multi‑family office, is seeking motivated Relationship Managers to join its Zurich team. The role will evolve with your expertise, allowing you to build lasting client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory and tailored product recommendations to ultra‑high net‑worth clients.
- Manage client portfolios, lead onboarding, and ensure compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver comprehensive investment, credit and banking solutions.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and financial institutions, and support administrative processes.
Required profile
- Higher education in economics or related field.
- 3–5 years of banking experience serving UHNW or high‑risk (CIS) client segments.
- Fluency in English; Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, reliable team player, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
