Remote Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our fast‑growing e‑commerce brand. Working fully remotely, you will help execute day‑to‑day marketing activities and collaborate with the creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creator outreach, influencer communications and gifting coordination.
• Update website content on Shopify, including product pages, banners and landing pages.
• Review marketing emails for formatting, links, copy and visuals.
• Support organic social media by scheduling posts, organizing content and maintaining calendars.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Assist with campaign coordination and general marketing operations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple small tasks and stay proactive.
• Clear written communication in English.
• Interest in e‑commerce, branding, social media and influencer marketing.
• Positive, supportive mindset and willingness to learn.
