Reservations and Revenue Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time position offers a unique entry point into hotel revenue management while providing hands‑on experience in reservations. Split 50/50 between reservations and revenue management, the role gives a complete view of the sales cycle and revenue optimisation for a luxury property in Verbier.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Manager by monitoring commercial performance and updating rates and inventory across distribution channels.
• Prepare reports, track performance indicators and conduct regular data audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Analyse market trends and share insights to help shape pricing strategies.
• Handle individual and group reservation requests via multiple channels, ensuring accurate guest information.
• Apply hotel rate policies consistently and identify upselling or upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain daily communication with operational teams to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Provide high‑level customer service and follow up on reservation files administratively.
• Contribute to the alignment of distribution, pricing, and availability management.

Required profile

• Strong interest in building a career in revenue management.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Well‑organized, structured and able to work within hotel operations.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages a plus).
• Previous experience in reservations, front office or revenue management preferred.
