About the role

Laboratoires Bailleul, part of the Giuliani Group, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System for its International and Swiss operations. Reporting to the Quality, CMC & Pharmacovigilance Director, you will ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support regulatory excellence across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation and evolution of the Quality Management System in line with corporate standards.
• Draft, monitor, and roll‑out quality procedures across all subsidiaries.
• Track performance indicators, prepare monitoring reports and support management reviews.
• Analyse quality documents from subcontractors, assess impact and recommend actions.
• Oversee certifications, Quality Technical Agreements, deviations, complaints and audit plans for all partners.
• Participate in stability studies, Product Quality Reviews and change‑control processes.
• Monitor national and international regulatory developments and advise internal departments.

Required profile

• PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology.
• 8–10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
