Retail Sales Manager – Central Switzerland

About the role

Cosentino is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead commercial development across the Central Switzerland region. You will act as the brand ambassador, generate demand, identify new business opportunities and nurture long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Acquire new retail points and expand relationships with current accounts.
• Present and sell Cosentino’s architectural and decorative surface solutions.
• Develop business opportunities with kitchen studios, bathroom retailers, stone processors, interior architects and designers.
• Implement the sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Build long‑term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product trainings and maintain activity records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience.
• Experience in design, kitchen, bathroom, surfaces or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent German language skills; English is an advantage.
• Residence in Central Switzerland or the Greater Zurich area preferred.
