RIM Associate

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Records Information Management (RIM) Associate in Zug, Switzerland, within its Project/Program Management group. The role covers records governance, compliance, data and repository management, stakeholder support and training, and continuous improvement of records processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain RIM processes aligned with enterprise standards and global WWRIM policies (retention schedules, legal hold, classification)
• Ensure compliant archiving, retrieval and disposition of records
• Contribute to RIM activities related to outsourcing, divestitures and site transitions
• Maintain and optimise records management systems for data integrity, accessibility and usability
• Oversee classification, metadata quality and lifecycle management of records
• Manage the relationship with the external storage company and coordinate physical archiving, vendor interactions and retrieval
• Act as a key point of contact for RIM topics, support and train Record Coordinators and business stakeholders, and build a network of RIM coordinators
• Apply retention schedules and legal hold correctly, implement record destruction processes and mitigate information governance risks
• Identify opportunities to streamline and digitise RIM processes, support digital record transition and explore emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics
