Room Service & Banquet Manager

About the role

As Room Service & Banquet Manager you will lead the In‑Room Dining and Banquet operations at The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure seamless, highly personalised experiences for guests across in‑room dining, private dining, amenities and events during the seasonal opening period.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all In‑Room Dining and Banquet operations, delivering exceptional service across guest rooms, private dining, amenities and events.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring operational readiness, staffing and service standards across all shifts.
• Plan and execute banquet functions, special events, VIP experiences and customised guest requests in coordination with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and other teams.
• Drive revenue, profitability, labour productivity and cost management for the department.
• Support development of In‑Room Dining concepts, amenity programmes, banquet standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, In‑Room Dining, Restaurants, Banquets or Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong operational and commercial understanding, including budgeting, revenue and cost control.
• Fluent in English and German and/or French; additional languages advantageous.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work authorization as required by Swiss regulations.
