Über die Position

Sie planen und administrieren instrumentale und vokale Prüfungen der klassischen Musik und koordinieren Termine, Räumlichkeiten und Infrastruktur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Beteiligten.

Hauptaufgaben

Planung und Administration von Prüfungen inkl. Termin- und Raumkoordination
Kommunikation von Prüfungsterminen und -ergebnissen an Dozierende, Studierende und weitere Stakeholder
Datenpflege für Formulare, Merkblätter und Informationsmaterial
Nutzung digitaler Hilfsmittel (Workflows, Einladungen, Notenbekanntgaben) für die Prüfungsplanung

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Kaufmann/Kauffrau (EFZ) mit höherer Fachausbildung oder Weiterbildung in SharePoint
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 sowie digitalen Tools wie MS Teams, MS Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate
Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Organisationsflair
Offene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
