Sales Advisor – Geneva

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Sales Advisor for its boutique in Geneva. You will be the ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide best‑in‑class service in‑store, by phone and via electronic communication.
• Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting top clients.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories behind each item.
• Collaborate with management to resolve client issues effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong drive for results and passion for fashion and the Dior brand.
• Excellent communication, empathy and an agile mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
