Sales Agent (60-100%) – Schaffhausen

About the role

As a Sales Agent for Sunrise in Schaffhausen you will be the front‑line representative of the company, welcoming customers in the store and offering tailored advice on Sunrise’s range of telecommunications products and services. You will help turn everyday interactions into lasting relationships while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and present Sunrise’s mobile, broadband and multimedia solutions.
• Identify customer needs quickly and propose appropriate products.
• Handle repair, service and technical queries with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct inventory checks and keep the shop tidy.
• Complete sales documentation and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Completed retail training; experience in telecommunications or multimedia retail is a plus.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology, digital trends and customer service.
• Excellent German language skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Highly flexible, reliable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
